Freeze Dried, based in Chicago, is another band that
is changing the face of polka bands. Composed of some extraordinarily talented polka musicians, the band
also plays a wide range of pop music. They are

 as well as all who died in the plane crash at Smolensk 
The procession began at St. Stanislaus Kostka and
Holy Trinity Churches and proceeded two miles to
Holy Name Cathedral in the downtown area.

The Village of Niles, Illinois, held a brief ceremony
for the intention of the victims of the plane crash
at Smolensk. on April 17, 2010. The site was the
Katyn Memorial in St. Adalbert Cemetery, designed
by sculptor Wojciech Seweryn, who perished
in the catastrophe with President Lech Kaczynski,
who had once visited White Eagle Banquets in Niles.
